Are the generators free?
Yes. You can use all 5 generators and download an Excel file for free. The free version is black & white with a small banner. The Pro pack (19,90 € one time) unlocks the formatting (colored headers, totals, summary tabs), removes the banner, and works on every tool, for life.
Does the exported file contain real Excel formulas?
Yes, in the Pro version. The Pro file embeds real formulas (sums, cost calculations, IF formulas for commissions, SUMIFS/VLOOKUP for the fleet…): it recalculates itself when you change a value, in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc. The free version is a frozen preview — the same values, already calculated, but without recalculable formulas.
What's the difference between the free file and the Pro file?
The free one is a preview: the same calculated values, but frozen (no recalculable formulas), in black & white with a banner. The Pro one is professionally formatted (colored headers, alternating rows, highlighted totals, euro and percentage formats, frozen panes and a summary tab), without a banner — and above all with real live formulas: the file updates itself on every entry.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Everything works without signing up. After the Pro purchase, your access is remembered on the device and you receive a recovery link to keep.
Is my data stored?
No. The Excel file is generated on the fly on our server just long enough to download it, then nothing is kept. None of the data you enter is stored.
Is the Pro payment a subscription?
No, it's a one-time payment of 19,90 €. Lifetime access to all current and future generators, updates included.
